I used my Canon EOS 90D with the EF28-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS USM lens, choosing an aperture of f/4.5 to achieve that crucial shallow depth of field. A shutter speed of 1/160s ensured sharp clarity, freezing any movement, while ISO 400 kept digital noise to an absolute minimum under the natural lighting conditions. The 28.0mm focal length provided a wonderfully wide field of view, allowing the subject to dominate the frame without feeling constrained.
