To ensure a generous depth of field, keeping everything in sharp focus, I selected an aperture of f/10. A shutter speed of 1/250s was employed to expertly freeze any movement, maintaining clarity. The shot was taken at ISO 250, leveraging the bright conditions to minimise noise, at a focal length of 33.0 mm. Crucially, the flash was on and fired, providing that soft, deliberate lighting that accentuates the subject’s features and elevates the overall artistic effect, perfectly complementing the ‘getting ready’ narrative.
