This image was captured using my Canon EOS 90D with a 50-100mm lens set at 88mm. To achieve the shallow depth of field that isolates the subjects from the background, I used a wide aperture of f/1.8. A shutter speed of 1/160s was sufficient to ensure sharpness, while an ISO of 1250 was necessary given the ambient light conditions within the church, avoiding the need for flash which could disrupt the atmosphere. These technical decisions work together to create a visually compelling image that highlights the emotional core of the scene.
